Restaurant Manager & Restaurant Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - Kemang Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

• ·  Responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the restaurant
• ·  perform food quality and customer service checks
• ·  Improve work efficiency & implement cost reduction measures.
• ·  Handle customer feedbacks and complaints.
• ·  Manage staff attendance, discipline , training & development.
• ·  Perform daily briefing & assigning job duties to the staff.
• ·  Planning and control in order for the restaurant to operate smoothly.
• ·  All other work related to the operations of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU/Diploma in any field or fields related to Food & Beverage.
• At least 4 years of working experience in any Food & Beverage establishment.
• Creative & enthusiastic
• Full-time position available only.
• Willing to work in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
